The Professional Development Curriculum

The professional development series is a three-part comprehensive set of talks covering the full professional development spectrum. Our proprietary series model of PREPARATION → PRESENTATION → PRESERVATION, the audience will leave with the necessary tools to be successful in the professional space. Part one, PREPARATION, assists the audience in preparing their professional brand to build a reputation of quality, consistency, and value. Part two, PRESENTATION, builds on the brand that the audience built in the previous talk, but will work on presenting information clearly and explaining what it means to be a “professional”. Part three, PRESERVATION, presents two critical areas professionals need to preserve their careers over time: networking and mentorship. Having a network and mentors to lean on during difficult times or when seeking to move up in your career are critical as the saying goes: “If you want to fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together”
